A person is a reflection of their culture, of what they believe and how they live their lives. A bridge between the past and the future, between time and space and needs to try to keep them in harmony, less they become unbalanced. Not to be aware of the past and give it due consideration in the building of the future can distort the future. Neither is it wise to sacrifice your future because you choose to live in or as if you are in the past. One World One Human Race One Destiny (OWOHROD)

A THOUGHT FOR NOW - BEWARE, WE ARE PROBABLY MOSTLY WHAT WE THINK!
So, have your heard what has been said about what we, humans, are, namely that we are what we eat, and, for that matter, drink?
So, according to this axiom, or self-evident truth, if we eat badly, we become a manifestation of the bad food and drinks we consume. Which might lead to us becoming obese, afflicted with diabetes, high blood pressure, poor dental health, etc. Conversely, if we eat healthily and exercise regularly, then, other things being equal, we should become manifestations of rude or good health and fitness
Now, if that is so, that we are indeed, what we eat and drink, should we not also become 'what we think'? Are we not manifestations of what our thoughts are and how we think about ourselves, others and the world?
When we eat, the food and drink we consume, are converted into maintaining, replacing and strengthening the different cells which form the physicality of our bodies, including our brain cells. In that context, we become what we consume, including the chemical and biological and physiological changes, including abnormal ones, which are absorbed into our bodies.
Of course, the principle or axiom that we are what we consume, should not be limited to foods and drinks. It also applies to the medicines and drugs we take. As well the pollutants which we consume, knowingly or unknowingly, as we go about performing that most vital but often automatic function of staying alive; that of breathing.
To be continued.
