A person is a reflection of their culture, of what they believe and how they live their lives. A bridge between the past and the future, between time and space and needs to try to keep them in harmony, less they become unbalanced. Not to be aware of the past and give it due consideration in the building of the future can distort the future. Neither is it wise to sacrifice your future because you choose to live in or as if you are in the past. One World One Human Race One Destiny (OWOHROD)

Where would they get the money to invest in building and maintaining the necessary and essential infrastructure to develop their countries. And to meet the essential social care needs of their people?
So, yes, government has a vital role to help to safeguard, at least, what might be considered as the vital industries in the private sector.
This is a responsibility they can meet in several ways. Including helping to create the environmental conditions which are conducive toward the establishment, promotion and growth of private sector business.
By them helping to create a climate of confidence in business opportunities, and, yes, the achievement of a certain level of profitability.
So as to provide the incentive for both ordinary citizens and institutions to invest in both short and long-term business projects. Including the high risk
