A person is a reflection of their culture, of what they believe and how they live their lives. A bridge between the past and the future, between time and space and needs to try to keep them in harmony, less they become unbalanced. Not to be aware of the past and give it due consideration in the building of the future can distort the future. Neither is it wise to sacrifice your future because you choose to live in or as if you are in the past. One World One Human Race One Destiny (OWOHROD)

JUST A THOUGHT - ON THE MORAL AND LEGAL DILEMMAS OF ATTACKING ANOTHER COUNTRY ON 'MORAL GROUNDS.' PART 5.
Thus there seems to be a preference for high explosive, for guns, missiles, bombs and shells, which can speedily send the victim on the journey to oblivion.
Compared to the slow and agonising death which can arise from being gassed.
However, whatever the method of killing people in wars, wars are Hell, and, if killing people is 'morally wrong', then, one cannot justify making war or attacking another country on 'moral grounds.'
Another problem with the 'moral' argument, it that of its probable link with religion. Which raises questions about the source, legitimacy, authority and relative quality of comparative 'morality.'
For example, with religious gospels tending to cite themselves and their gods or purported supreme entities as the source of their 'morality.'
Such as what is 'good' and what is 'bad', what is 'pure' and what is 'impure', what is a 'desirable state' to pursue, and what is an'undesirable state' to be avoided.
What is of humans and what is of the purported 'divine'. Who is to say which 'morality' should prevail in countries of a different religion/s, of a different 'god/s'?
Should 'Christian morality' be forced upon Muslims, in predominantly Islamic countries?
Or should Islamic religion be allowed 'special rights' in predominantly 'Christian countries?
Except where it is acknowledged as 'the spoils of conquest'?
Of course, there are those among us who are of the view that, while it is legitimate to argue that 'morality' is likely to have 'religious' influences.
It does not mean that 'morality' is primarily or mainly composed of religious values.
Moral values are more likely to represent the evolution of enlightened human thoughts.
