JUST A THOUGHT ON - 'THE THING WITH SOME WOMEN, IS...! FINIS...!

 

This aggression, as those of us who have seen and/or experience it, builds up into a climatic crescendo for either the man or the woman or both. 

In this context, it can be considered as being a 'natural phenomenon', which is the means by which a woman becomes pregnant and have children and ensure the survival of the species. 

This suggests that it is an act of aggression and/or violence against women, by men, by which our species is perpetuated. 

In an advance and enlightened society, we might see this, when it occurs between two consenting persons, as probably the only legitimate aggression that a man should inflict on a woman.

Exploring 'the sexual thing with women', further, I am minded to suggest that, women's sexuality is more complicated that society is prepared to acknowledge. And that women are allowed or permitted by society to disclose.

Most women, I think, are not looking for a man who is able to provide them with children with the best genetics.  

The best intellectual attributes, the best sex, the best security, the best companianship, and the best parental capacities. Such men do not exist. 

I suspect that most women are looking for men, 'mates', who can or could prove themselves to be competent in some or most of these attributes.

There is, as well, 'the thing with some women' being hostile towards women leaders than they are with men.

Of course, we should not forget or fail to mention what is probably the quintessential  'thing about women', that pertaining to their better than men, at nurturing, caring and having a greater capacity for being compassionate. 

Whether it be caring for their babies or young children, or their men, or for others.  

Women, on the whole, have come to be believed, be seen and expected to deploy more and better emotional content in their interaction with their fellow humans, than that of the male of the species.

Yes, it might well be the case that, were male children, from birth and over multiple generations, were to be socialised and culturised in much the same way as female children have been for generations. 

Then, men, like women, would be of similar emotional and compassionate disposition. 

As, over the generations and centuries, the things which we do, repeatedly, do become a part of our genetic infrastructure and our functioning.
